At Casa Taos we strive to be a Waste Free Zone. We ask all who stay here to join us in this effort. We compost, re-use, recycle, and repurpose as much as possible.
Please do not bring single use plastic water bottles. If you forget, please take your plastic with you for recycling in your community. You are welcome to use our water bottles during your stay. Group Rates for 5-14* guests:
• Three night minimum.
• A flat rate of $900 per night (minimum three nights) includes a
total of 9 indoor beds. Stay 8 nights and get the 8th night at
not extra cost!
• Early Bird rate. Register during the month of January and get 25% off your lodging cost!
• Meals are not included in these rates.
• Full payment for lodging is required in order to reserve the
facility if reservations are made in January.
• Please provide full payment for meals 30 days before arrival
in order to avoid late fees. Please provide all dietary needs
for your group at this time.
• A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for each visit.
• Training and facilitation services are also available for
an additional cost of $200-$300 per hour.
• If your group's budget cannot support the cost, let's talk.
Meals For Groups:
• You may bring your own food to cook for your whole group at
our outdoor cooking areas and/or indoor kitchen.
• If you prefer, we will happily provide tasty and healthy
meals for your whole group. We cater to any dietary need!
Betty ran a restaurant for 20 years and loves to cook delicious
and healthy meals. We use non-GMO and organic ingredients
whenever possible, most organic eggs are provided by our
chickens, and we shop locally as much as possible. We harvest and prepare produce grown in our year-round organic
greenhouse and outdoor gardens.
Iced tea, coffee, and hot tea are included in the following prices
for eat as much as you like breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
• Breakfast @ $18.00 per person each day.
• Lunch @ $20.00 per person each day
• Dinner/dessert @ $24.00 per person each day
• Snacks @ $8.00 per person each day

Take advantage of our group package deal of $65.00 per
person each day for all meals and snacks. This deal is
offered to the whole group, not to individuals within the
group. Our meals for large groups may include organic
eggs from our happy chickens, non-GMO ingredients,
and organic foods purchased locally whenever possible.
Cleaning Fee:
$50.00 for the deep cleaning conducted after each visit. Guests
are expected to strip the beds, put sheets and towels in the
utility room, and straighten up the spaces they occupied.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking tobacco anywhere on the property is not permitted.

dogs, one cat, a flock of chickens, and a bee hive. If you or
anyone in your party has allergies, please be forewarned.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation more than 4 months before your
expected arrival, the full amount you paid will be applied to a
future visit.
If you cancel your reservation between 3-4 months before
your expected arrival, 50% will be applied to your next
visit. 50% of your payment for lodging is non-refundable.
If you cancel your reservation less than 3 months before your
expected arrival, your payment is non-refundable.

• $150 per night for the first one or two guests.
$65 for each additional guest up to a total of 4 guests.
• Meals are not included.

in order to reserve the facility.
• 3 night minimum, 14 night maximum. Negotiable.
